Okey. Urgent question since i was suposed to drop of my disks tomorrow.

I wanted to turn down a disk to 7.5 or 7.9 to use with normal small calipers.... as i understood this would work perfectly but now tryed one to see and the disq will not line out. Took a pick with a 8.4 caliper and a 7.5 caliper. ( as what i presume that is called cooper s caliper new)

With the 8.4 all is well

With the 7.5 it does not line up.

Can domeone please tell me what can be done or not. Getting somewhat confused

You need to get proper 7.5" disks and flanges. Simples.

the cooper S (7.5") discs and drive flanges are totally different.
