Hi BENROSS,

I came across someone that had a turbo engine built by yourself on youtube I think it was :), Just noticed you were offering some turbo pistons... i'm considering a turbo project myself with a 1275 engine I have here... unsure on how mad to go and what kind of limitations i'm going to face regarding the crank bearings, rods, crankshaft, valves (bigger exhaust of course :)), valve seats, valve springs etc... i'm considering an IHI RHF3 VL37 turbo for the car at the moment as I bought is surplus to another project I have on the go... a fiat 126 bis 704cc which i'm also planning on turboing! Will be fabricating up the manifolds myself

What kind of price are pistons going to set me back and what other modifications would you perhaps recommend?

Perhaps a more displacement should be on the cards first :).

At the moment I tune bosch OEM management and over the past years have dabble in various aspects of engineering and IT and look forward to spending some time on the forum.

I'd love to see any videos of any projects you've helped along the way!

Best regards,
Lee
