what engine for standard bore size turbo engine?

hy. as i now finaly could get going on building my turbo engine ( with baby bananas and curlywurly's standard bore size) aiming to ride at 10 to 14 psi boost at 9 cr. ( hoping to get 100 to a 120 hp???) i was looking at what engine's i have.

i have one engineblock ( short block) with number 12H E24 100761 ( metro engine according to guesswork)

and one that has the number 12A 2B G03 27112 ( regular mini engine)

i have the original camshaft , and cranck caps of both.

which one would be best?

i rather blow it up winning than keep it together losing.
