Can any one out there explain to me the difference between them and what they do as i am confused. Am i correct?, dump vavles protect turbos when running high boost to stop it cracking turbo housings and also work along side bleed valves which can be altered to change boost levels. As for actuators havnt got a clue
Any information will help thanks chris

Dumpvalve - releases pressure in system when changing gear to stop the turbo stalling.

Actuator - A pressure controlled device which controlls the wastegate which controls boost pressure.

Bleedvalve - A valve in the pressure line to the actuator which can be opend to bleed off the signal pressure causing the actuator to open at a higher pressure.

^^ Very simplified expanations.
