I am looking at using an injection Mini fuel tank for my next turbo conversion and I guess the pump will not be up to the job. What have the brainy people used? Class D Winner 1997 - 1998 - 2003

Spi will be ok for up to 10psi or so. Mpi for anything above that. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Mpi pump/tank is perfect. The tanks are a matt gray finish and sound "dull" when you tap them. Best bet is to look up the mpi pump part # and make sure it's the right one... On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

Oh, and get the tank strap to match the mpi tank, or be prepared to shorten the stock one. On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

Mpi tank has a short filler neck and sound deadening on the outside. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Can a mpi pump be fitted to a spi tank? Heard it was the same. you can do anything if you set your mind to it...
