Hi guys, am i right in thinking i have this bang on, 90deg before tdc.

Its at TDC (accurate with a DTI)

So 90 deg before TDC would be indicated by the red tooth which needs to be removed?

just a thought, I am not saying you will have this issue, but I had a similar trigger wheel and it kept coming loose, maybe a little loctie maybe of benefit.

Thanks Phil :).

I'm already on it, I have a similar pulley/bolt on the car at the moment. Made sure it was very clean and put a little 243 on it. Had no problems.
