Verto or pre verto clutch? Properly adjusted? Sounds like you need to take the wok off for a look. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Pre verto it has a lightened flywheel and backplate. I think it's a yellow type diaphragm aswell.

Think I'm going to take the engine out and fit a spare reconditioned box I have. Might fit my atb while it's out. Interested to see how different it'll feel.

Is the clutch adjusted properly? Could the release bearing be constantly applying pressure on the spring? |

What do you guys think it is? Idler gear bearing? My build thread..

I'd say that this damage demands a full rebuild. You will have to check the crank bearings. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:
