hi. so i went at it to measure my cilinderhead and bore volume. maybe bit of a strange way but here it is.

i have turned cilinder 1 and 4 ( obviously) down to lowest point. put my Plexiglas on it and start filling the bore.

that made 330cc

then i measured the upper pistons ( 2 and 3) at there tdc. both made 13 cc

and last but not least the head itself. that one made 23cc

so then i sat down and went like this.
*13 cc - 12 cc of a standard turbo piston dish makes 1 cc ringland volume

**330 cc -13cc ( dish and ringland) makes 317cc

*** 12cc dish+1cc ring+0(pistons sit nearly flush but the few cc's here are calculated in the ringland) +23cc of the head +3.95 cc of a compressed bk450= 39.95cc

****(317+39.95)/39.95=8.93 so bit to high to run between 10 to 15 psi with intercooler on those standard turbo piston.

*****then i went up... (317+42)/42=8.547 ->that makes that i have to get the head up to 25.05cc?

2.05cc raise should be easy
*oh well**oh well* but then i start to think this is a bit to easy.....

so am i overseeing something here? *surprised**surprised* *Nerd*
