Picked corsa up from being valeted and the steering wheel is covered in silicon spray and theres 3 small fag burns in the roof lining, ive sold the car as a non smokers and the old biddy is coming to collect it later and give me rest of money and if i cant hold the steering wheel what chance does she have? Try celly thinners on a rag but be sparing with it or else you'll melt it!

I had a similar problem on my golf and found cleaning the wheel with windolene did the trick.
