When using the A series Metro front knuckle / hub with the sealed ball joints:

Could one be the taper bearings and one be the ball equivalent? Off the top of my head I think they are interchangeable but later cars and metros had balls??. |

Should be interchangeable. I ordered bearings off the metro donor reg and the ball type arrived, mini rollers that I already had fitted too |

Ive intercanged them. used to use "cooper S" taper bearings in my metty vans.
