Hey guys, does anyone know anywhere accurate I can get my mini weighed? Either in the Midlands or South Wales. There's tons of weighbridges about but I'm not sure how accurate they actually are. How you you all go about weighing your larger items like seats ect? Thanks in advance :) They don't die, they just get faster! |

Endaf or maybe Jim Lyons may be able to help you out. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Luggage scales... there more accurate than placing something like seats on the bathroom scales... plus weighbridges at my local yards have to be quite accurate On 24th Oct, 2015 jonny f said:

Ive got some corner weight scales but they are slightly out of calibration so dont give a particularly accurate weight as far as i can tell. Id also need to lug them over from Suffolk next time i do the trip. You'd be welcome to come use them tho. Im in B29 |

Thanks for the offer Slater but I don't really want to put anyone out of their way for it! I want it weighed before pod haha, boost is being turned up up up on the 23rd so I'll be stripping it after that. How expensive would you go with luggage scales? Ones I've used in the past have been a few kg out! They don't die, they just get faster! |

find the public weighbridge; they are generally the ones used by VOSA and likely to be more accurate. if you use the same one, whether correct or not, at least you will be consistent |

Going for no visible weight loss, no holes in places you can see, removing bits and replacing the odd bits with identical lighter parts. Think we're hoping to get somewhere around 40ish kilos from it On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:
