Put new HP pump on have in line filter before pump when driving fast filter runs low on fuel and pump makes noise car runs ok

Have you still got the filter on the outlet internally in the tank?

This is normal. You will need a baffled tank or simlar to avoid it.

What filter did you install before the pump ? Size of lines etc ? And what pump ?

9.85 @ 145mph
202mph standing mile
speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will

fuel filter is a in line 8 mil pipe. I had problems with engine cutting out hence new pump I also took tee piece out put return to tank, engine is modified running 18psi I have had the car for five years, think I will put tee piece back in
