Is it A-Series only? I think it should be...
So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

Colin the issue now isnt how its meant to work. I understand the fundamentals of what sensors I now need and why.

The injectors can be run batch direct to one input, the issue is with the ignition as discussed.

Crank Sensor is wired in and working
Intake Temp Wired and working
Coolant Wired and working
TPS Wired and Working

MAP Wired but not tested

Ive figured out the wiring for both the Coil and Cam Phase (I think)

Just need to test them next.

Fingers crossed it picks up a singal.

Imo binning the volvo ecu was a good move you cant fart without it putting a code out
To run the full ecu you need everything even down to seatbelt sensors / door cards / fecking radio ffs..
How ever i would have sat for a week if needed pulling the wires out the stock harness
for a few reasons the hard work is done all the wire is the correct gauge, plugs are on, the correct colour is throughout the loom
I would have sat with the volvo loom, engine diagrams and ecu pin outs for the volvo and megasquirt ecus, planned it out and stripped whats needed
I made an ecu patch harness for ms3x for the skyline without touching the car , ms3x plug and play for the skyline bingo.. worked first time

Imo i would not have chose this ecu for this engine either but we can make it work on batch fire

Yes i moved to the darkside *happy*
