What small denso alternators are you guys using and from what car/part No.?

Am a little desperate.

Got a small denso/brise one on it at the moment and it seems shagged.
Regulator had died so voltage kept climbing up with rpm and has killed my battery to. Changed the regulator (possibly the wrong one couldn't find correct number) and it's puts out to much still although regulated 15.6 is a bit to much. Beats 19 though *wink*.

15.6 could be ok, if the batterys flat it will ramp the volts up to charge it.

give the battery a good chage then tart it and check its still high,

15.6 is ok with the ford fast charge(calcium) batterys but it will certainty boil up regular batterys if it sustains it.

turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)

To update, battery was ok, regulator I put in was incorrect and after I got the right one from a local auto electrician it was all good at 14.5.

Also new battery's a li-ion one :).

excelent!

I have killed a couple of regs in the past, its worth having a spare or two hanging around being as they are cheap.
