Heres the Specs

This engine has been developed over a course of about 8 years, enhancing it along the way. Im selling up as Im moving to a Volvo Unit Engine came from car running, and was running absolutely fine, however it smoked a little due to valve stem oil seals being pushed off under boost, however this isnt a massive issue and they just need epoxying on if your planning on running high boost levels.

The Engine did 2 dyno's in its life in my car, the first hitting 193bhp at 19psi of boost, the 2nd a more modest 154bhp at 10psi with a slipping clutch. Needless to say it went well. With the Slipping clutch i did a PB of 14 seconds dead with a terminal speed of 96mph at santa pod. Anyways heres the specs of the engine.

Starting from the head working down.

Mini Spares Alloy Rocker and T Bars Stage 3 head, bronze guides, double valve springs, standard thick stem exhaust valves, large Inlets (cant remember mm but larger than standard) fully ported with all restrictions removed. Chambers have been enlarged to 28cc to lower compression to about 8.5 to 1.

Pressed steel rockers.

BK450 Head Gasket.

Block has been dry decked, this means all the water galleries have been plugged so the water is forced fed to the 4th cylinder aiding in cooling reducing the risk of detonation. Common mod amongst all high power engines. Re bored +0.60. Dry Deck Silicon hose and Alloy Adapter Plates Racing Water Restrictor/Thermostat

All Oil Galleries have removable plugs so they can be flushed out upon any rebuild and put back saving the need to buy more bungs.

Alloy Distributor Plug (can be removed to run a dizzy)

10cc Cast Omega Pistons 1330cc +0.60.

Brand New Cam Followers.

Kent 286 Cam (quite wild for turbo but I loved this coupled with the gt17 turbo).

Brand new High Flow Oil Pump.

Newish Water Pump (never over heated when fitted)

Kent Vernier Silent Type Adjustable Cam Pulley.

Oil Fed Thrust washer mod (feeding oil to this area prevents damage to thrust bearings when revving the engine whilst the clutch is in) good for drag race starts.

Center Main Strap with 5 Point High Strength Bolts

CAM 6581 Hardened and Balanced Crank (Rarer Turbo Type)

Innocenti Rods (supposedly stronger than stock) with ARP Studs, these have been lightened and balanced so they are all gram for gram the same weight with Floating Pins and Teflon bushes making a strip down of the engine much easier negating the need for a press to get your pistons on and off.

Machined 36-1 toothed Crank Pulley for Megajolt/Megasquirt with Ford Sensor Bracket.

Crank Tail is in good order with no damage.

To any buyer I would change the timing chain cover as It has warped over time and leaks a tad. (typical mini)
