This was not what I started to do, but it is what I have or will soon have. It still needs a dyno session which is booked for next week.

I started asking silly questions on the forum years ago and still plan to use Jean's Microsquirt based system in another car. But this one will be on the road soon. Nothing fancy, just an MPi block with the SC kit.

I can't claim I did most of the work as there ended up being a bit of fabrication that was beyond my skills.

Very tidy. Look at all that space down the left hand side! That's begging for a side mount turbo and lots of TIG'd stainless pipework *smiley*

I should have thought twice about using "SC"...both in the post and on the car...I have two more cars and a few more engines, maybe a turbo is in the future. There is an ERA at auction on Bonhams, but that is not practical for me.

It is actually at the dyno today and I am at work. It is hard enough to find a dyno for a Mini in the US, let alone one that has A series experience. I was able to book it in through 7 Enterprises and hope to get it home soon!
Get ready for more questions as I ramp up to get the Microsquirt module based JB Performance system online.
