Thats not a plenum mate, its only part of it as such, technically not the plenum. Its the pipe that feeds the plenum with air from the turbo (via the intercooler in this case).

IIRC that same ebay seller has been selling allot of plenum pipes modified for dump valves and were making silly amounts of money.

Why not make your own ? I did, after all it's only a bit of flat plate with a hole cut in it, and a pipe welded on. Or you could cut the standard "trunk" down, and use that.
