Before I assemble my clutch. I'd like to measure the backplate tower height to decide wether or not it has been or needs to be machined for better clamping.

Can anyone measure one they have lying around, from the rear of the backplate to the front face of the mounting towers..

Any info will be great, either standard or you have had it machined..
In mm please if you can.

Thanks in advance
Kean

I'm sorry mate, but to do this properly you've got to measure your own setup. There are many factors that come to play.

Follow the link to Marcel Chichak's site. That should get you going.

T2 - the important distance is not the 'back' but the friction face to top-face of the lugs. Standard, this should be 25.4mm.
