Oil scraper rings

For the first time ever I've had to gap the piston rings on the NA engine I'm building for the MM (72.5mm pistons.
The sheet that came with the pistons states 12-14 thou. No problem - top two rings set at 12 thou.
But I'm not clear about the scraper rings. Do I need to do these rings also?
Sorry if this is a stupid question - the search button doesn't look to give me an answer.

Yep they need to be gapped aswell. The tolerance isn't usually as tight for the control rings though.
