Hi guys

New to the forum.

I have 2 Gts. One is a completely original russet brown

The other is my vermillion red that I want to turbo.

Not being the most mechanically minded. I wanted to employ the services of someone to build me an engine.

Could anyone advise on who they recommend and also a rough idea of cost if the basics are supplied... Ie block, carb, plenum and gear box

Turbo Phil on here is fairly local to you, he could help you out with any head work that needs doing I'm not sure if he does full engine builds though?

It's probably worth pming Benross. He does high quality full engine builds in West Yorkshire.

Benross built me a full engine and gearbox this year and i got excellent results from it so that's my recommendation. A very helpful bloke, send him a pm and have a chat with him.

Welcome, You would of been local to me before moving to Macau-China.

Seek Benross out for the engine but theres a lot more to it than just a simple engine swop.

Be advised though its not a cheap affair to turbo a mini.
