The eastern world is an amazing place. They have cars you have never seen before from manufacturers you know, and manufacturers you don't know, the have accessories for their cars you would never think of, like those inflatables, or Suede dash covers perfectly tailored for the car to prevent sun damage. It truly is an amazing place.

I was working in South Korea for two weeks earlier this year. They wouldn't let us work on the Sunday so instead they sent one of their employees to pick us up from the hotel, and took us to the beach. It was like being a kid all over again as if experiencing the world for the first time, so many things you just don't see over here, but so many things the same

Some of it is real shit, but some of it is really cool! I caught glimpse of something that has only just started to filter through to us in the west, that is the 'Solowheel'. Sort of similar to the Segway but a single compact wheel......look it up! A club meet/outing was obviously taking place as they just kept coming effortlessly rolling along with their retro 80's style ghetto blasters on their shoulder. Like I said, an amazing place. Where else can you buy an air conditioning unit along with your weekly shopping? Where else do they take the air conditioning unit with them when they move home? Where else to they mount the air conditioning unit on the public pavement? Where else do they eat dog at Christmas dinner?

I'm sure there's more things you could find the the eastern civilisations have thought up that are both practical and stupid at the same time.
