After ringing around a few places, it seems that the standard turbo valves and guides are no longer available, so he route would be stainless valves and guides to match, if so where is the best place and ones to get? I'm looking for reliability over massive power so I'd rather pay a bit more for the better items, thanks in advance

Well guides are simple. You can just ream out normal guides for the larger stem.

That said most people agree the sodium valves are not really necessary.
