basicly what is better bigger inlet or exhaust valves on a turbo engine. Should i leave them standerd, should i do both. Will bigger exhaust valves reduce lag through better flow?

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

there are a lot of ifs... and buts on this one, turbo size, air speed velocity etc etc... it all depends what you want from the motor it can be very indepth

but in general 35.5mm inlet & 29 to 30mm exausts is what most guys on hear go for

seems optimal !

other users on here i would like their comments.

one thing to watch is the port size dont go too large on these as this demotes port velocity

which inturn affects lag and low speed driving

head work is a large subject like i said depending what you want the engine for

This Slark Head is very good. I used one years ago and i'm looking to get another very shortly.

STOR - ?950 + vat
For serious turbo/supercharged applications. Exhaust valve is offset giving straighter ports. Using 32mm exhaust and 36mm inlet valves. The chambers can be reliably increased to 30cc for lower compression.

Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe.

most of us just use stainless exhaust valves. We don't bother with the sodium valves.
