Got an RTS with a couple 1275 springs and a Minispares steel flywheel.

I'm running the 180mm bonded AP plat in mine without issue so far. I may also have wrapped it in blue roll to keep it good |

i had the AP one too, with 2 x 1275 springs in an RTS, any solid plate will hold more torque than you can make imo Yes i moved to the darkside |

It also makes financial sense as a new 190mm plate has resale value! lol If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

if it helps john , i had a stock turbo plate ,and it was fine up to around 200 lbs ft , its then spun like i was in neutral with a little more boost .

180mm it is then as I'm not planning on running mad scientist power! lol

The AP bonded plate has a different friction coefficient to the standard plates, which is why it holds more torque.

I, does it worth save £23, from the AP plate for the Minispares version C-AHT595.
