Its either done a lot more than 170 miles or the rockers had no oil to them, easy to assemble them poorly or have the grub screw come loose. Invest in another rocker shaft, i don't think they're too expensive. On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:

See it on Minisport rockers before now. The top end sounded like a bag of lose nails in a washing machine.
