So this has probably been asked a thousand times but I'm looking in to changing my manifold so I don't have to cut the bulk head out. I'm going to run the t3 but if I was to go for the log style manifold can I still use the t3 to miss the bulk head or will it be to big? Also would it be bad that the air filter would sit behind the enigne would it be bringing in warm air?

The other option I have been thinking about is going with the side mount. This way the air filter would be right next to grill and less pipe work for an intercooler would this be the better way?
Any help would be appreciated as I'm pulling my hair out over this atm.

The T3 will not fit between the bulkhead and engine.

Why are you insistent to run the t3?

T2 or gt17 easy to pick up cheap and will fit no bother!

Oh also is it just the gt1752 from a Saab? As I've seen others from vitos and so on. Don't want to buy the wrong one!

You can buy new Chinese Copies nowadays for not much money. And yes its the Gt1752 just make sure its got the correct flange. Not the crazy triangle ones.

Im sure I remember someone using one with no issues. Its the Saab Type you want.

Although some saabs came with another type of turbo altogether t2s or something.

This is what you want
