OK... I am start to stress here.. 8 weeks ago I ordered a set on the 10x6 mini speed split aloy wheels. paid for them.

Get a email from them saying it would take about 5 weeks to get them made and ready to ship.

5 weeks come i email them to see what the go is. nothing 6 weeks... email again.. NOTHING... 7 weeks. still nothing ...

I am In Sydney Australia.. so its hard for me to go and get angry at them.. :(

and its 1777.00 AUD worth of my money doing maybe nothing or GONE..

I'd ring them up, actually speaking to someone has much greater effect than email in my opinion.

You won't lose your money I'm sure - they're too large for that kinda action.

As MacGyver says - pick up the speaking bone and call them.

Hi Cody, We have been chasing these wheels furiously. The manufacturer
is making at present and we have been told they will definitely be with
us in 3 weeeks. The company make a lot of wheels for furmula 1 and they
always come first. I am sorry for all the delays, but they are very much
worth waiting for.

Its also had to get the time to call up places over in the UK.. been over in Australaia and the shifts I work..

I am not so much worried about the wait.. It would be nice to be keeped in the loop so you know what you money is doing.

Ordered some 10x6gbs and tyres the other week, i asked for them to deliver on the 8th May, they said thats fine its in stock could have been with you on tuesday, they are reserved for you.

Stayed in all yesterday waiting, rang up at 4pm to find out where they are..... they are still at the shop, they sold one of my tyres and are now out of stock!!! Wont be a few days till they get another one.

To make things worse i took the day off to get them, and they knew for awhile but didnt contact me saying they were out of stock!

Will not be using again unless i really really need to.

i only live down the road from them and used to go and get alot of my parts from them but christ their slowwwwwww

ive bin stood there nearly 2 hours before waiting for them to piss about n get my parts

either you had a fuck load of parts or they're a shower of shit.

If someone made me wait 2 hours i would have fliped and inserted said items where the sun don't shine...

I waited over a year for a wheel.

Although I wasn't waiting in the shop.

We where down the before, and there was a guy with his son (about 12 i would say) anyway the dad was buying bits and there was one guy at the counter serving him.

The phone had been rining for about 1 min, then all of a sudden on a small tanoy/loudspeaker type thing, a voice called out and i quote, "PICK UP THE PHONE YOU CUNTS!", which me and my mate creased up to for the next five minutes, but the dad didnt look too impressed, not very proffesional really bu still quite funny.

After the bloke had gone we went and got served, turns out the bloke on the speaker was the boss, dunno why he couldnt answer the phone!

hahaha i woulda loved to have bin there when that phone went off!!!!!

and yes i did almost tell them to go poke it. as like rich said theres only like one guy there at a time with like 5 people waiting!!!

As far as i can remember they have always been good for me.

Can i ask what all that was about when JKD took legal action against them? What was the outcome?

Haha every time we go there we always end up re-quoting it.

(we dont go back as often now as Ben literally accidently walked off with their whole reel of 8mm fuel lines without being charged and he feels quite bad!)

yes it was baldrick, i've been in there on a saturday morning, when the previous evening he must have been boosing with tramps, cause he really did stink of sh*t.....I get so pissed of waiting in there, i don't bother anymore, james the owner, basically copied a lot of JKD parts, roller rockers in perticular! He imployed a former JKD employee, thus got some nice drawings to!!! thats what i heard anyway!

i got so fucked off with it in the end i used to ring them before going there place my order n tell them to MAKE SURE my parts were ready for when i got there!!!!

I never said a word,lol.
