I have what I believe are Metro drive flanges, Vented discs and 4pot vented callipers but it's not lining up with out putting some kind of spacer in to move the calliper inward, is there a drive flange for vented discs? Or am I just missing something? I said I'd do it, there's no need to remind me every 6 months!! |

They are defiantly Metro Flanges as they have to locating lugs on them, I ordered Metro vented discs from Mini sport I'm just hoping they haven't shipped me the wrong ones! I said I'd do it, there's no need to remind me every 6 months!! |

The metro originally had solid discs, perhaps the flanges you have are for solid discs On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

Anyone able to measure the thickness of a drive flange that is working with the 4 pot vented metro set up? I said I'd do it, there's no need to remind me every 6 months!! |

I've come across this before you must have early minisport alloy calipers, and you have ordered there disks for the 4pot brakes, order a pair of standard metro disks. And all will be good, minisport machine abit off the face that touches the drive flange on there alloy caliper disks |

Haven't got measurements, but I had the same problem when I fitted mine years ago. Turns out I'd bought Metro solid disk drive flanges.

Have a look at my old thread - has plenty of pics: http://www.minifinity.com/forum/viewtopic....t=80021&start=0 That sums up Minifinity well lol On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

I'm thinking the most likely outcome is that I have Metro solid disc drive flanges instead of Vented ones, if someone has the chance to measure this at the weekend it would be greatly appreciated, I've tried searching for size info for any of them on the net to no avail I said I'd do it, there's no need to remind me every 6 months!! |
