Oil feed to turbo is a very small diameter sol that the pressure is not an issue. AN fittings should be OK in most applications.

AN style fittings are used in hydraulic applications which see pressures in the order of 1000psi. So long as you use the correct method to seal them to the hose you should have no problem. Most manufacturers/retailers should publish the pressure rating of the fitting if you are unsure. It would also be worth using PTFE lined hose for longevity if it's for oil.

I used AN fittings for my oil cooler and turbo oil feed. Think I used AN8 for cooler and AN4 for the oil feed.

I might of used AN6 for my turbo feed, can't remember. I'm sure there's a table online that says what the actual sizes are

Ive always used -4
on my ball bearing 'super' T 3 i used -4 with 2x 1.5mm restrictors
The drain is more important imo
The turbo will only use the amount of oil it can
But it needs to return it restriction free

Oil feed too small = bad though
Too much pressure can push past the seals

But dont confuse too much pressure with too big of a feed its not the same

Yes i moved to the darkside *happy*

Would too big a feed cause smoking at idle do you think?

as brett says you could feed the turbo with -8 if you wanted so long as the turbo is healthy it will only use a small flow

just be sure the drain is free and well flowing wit a good size to it as a crap drain is nearly always the smokey exhaust problem
