I'm getting all the holes drilled before I put some paint on the mk2. I'm fitting a swiftune catch tank, don't know if I would be best to pass the hose from the engine bay straight through the inner wing with a grommet or have a pipe fitting bolted through the inner wing with either side of the pipe connected to it. What are your thoughts or doesn't it really matter? |

On high pressure fuel or brakes then I'd use bulkhead fittings. But for a low pressure breather pipe more connections is more places for leaks or issues. I'd grommet it, or more likely use Rayrim edging.
