Hi guys,

This might sound stupid but..

Do you guys still run the vacum power assist braking from the manifold on a turbo set up?

Does the boost pressure from the manifold not contradict what the "vacum assist" is meant to do?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Scott.

Does it effect braking any differently from vacum to boost? Also, did you have to seal the hose connection in to the servo? My seal looks useless!

You use a one way valve so the servo doesn't see boost.

You're generally not on boost when your braking so you don't run out of vacuum.

also bear in mind the metro took the vacuum off the same point. The servo pipe slots into a rubber seal in the servo
