The last time I rebuilt a carb I found the choke O rings in the kit from burlen were actually too small, and would not have sealed if fitted. Are you sure the O rings are the correct size?

Have you checked fuel pressure,

Mine leaked when the choke was on and allways wet after but seams to of sorted itself out !

I've had this before. To be honest the choke seals that come in the kit are pretty crap. Sometimes they seem ok, but ive used some larger o rings from something else before.
I'd mention it to Burlen, especially if you've bought a second set. If enough people moan, perhaps they'll sort the issue.

Fuel pressures 4 psi when idling, it's a new pressure regulator,il try some bigger seals if that don't work burlen sell the choke assemberly for £60.

I bet my first wank came quicker than your first mini turbo

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

Had the same issue with mine years ago when I used a burlen rebuild kit, I put some thicker O rings in which sorted it.
Made my choke a lot stiffer but I never needed to use it and it didn't piss fuel out so I left it
