New to the world of boosting mini's

Could someone answe a few question/ confirm below setup suitable .

I have a full supercharger kit which will be installed on my 1275 engine .

Can I use the original fuel system ( new mechanical fuel pump ) on suck through setup on standard boost ?

my spec :
Rebuilt 1275 cooper carb engine ( hif 44 carb ) suck through set up
12g940 head ( aiming to lower to 8.2 - 8.3 compression ( looking on here this seems about right ? )
Standard rebuilt internals
Eaton m45 standard boost ( vmaxscart 115mm pulley ) Believe this should make 8-10psi is this correct ?
Dizzy with aldon amethyst programmable Ignition
Any ideas on power ?

Cheers
Sam

How are you planning on lowering the compression ? Depending what it is currently, you may struggle to get it as low as you want just by modifying the head. Or are you planning on using a decompression plate ?
The standard mechanical pump is only suitable for about 90hp iirc ? You need something like a Facet electric pump and pressure regulator.

I will be using a decompression plate ( I know not ideal ) but want a useable head if I swap back to N/A .

Do you think this spec will over 90-100bhp ?

Put together well, and set up properly 100bhp should be very attainable.

You can get a facet pump that will supply enough fuel without the need for a regualtor.

Thanks for the reply , will this need a fuel return pipe ? Is the pump located in the boot ? in line on the fuel line out of the tank ?

Suck through won't need a return, no.
