Are stock flat top pistons OK to use on a turbo build with 12psi max boost ?

Also what compression ratio is safe for 12psi area? I have a unskimmed 295 head that needs a rebuild and light surface skim would that combined with flat top pistons be OK?

Thanks

Yes, along with an intercooler that's fine, 10psi is safe with no intercooler.

What compression ratio would you recommend for that psi? I have a Suzuki swift intercooler that I was going to use

I wouldn't go above 9:1 for any a-series turbo with a steel head.
