Ok guys. Just back from holiday and time to crack on with the mk1. I'm heading to stanford on Sunday and wondering if someone can recommend me a cam for my NA build.

not had much experience in the last few years with NA stuff and technology is constantly moving. However, for a nice tractable road car, I was impressed with the swiftune SW5 |

I am going to stanford on Sunday. I am taking a 290 scatter cam, +40 omegas on rods, adjustable duplex, belt drive kit, straight cut drops, nic plenum, ultimate phase 3 turbo cam with followers (800miles), Kent race valves with titanium caps, saab inlet for gt 17 complete with v clip which fits to the turbo. And stuff which I have forgotten. This is not an advert as I haven't got pictures up but it will be at Stamford. It's just stuff I have collected over the years. Have u got a stall? Whats the plenum like? On 24th Oct, 2015 jonny f said:
