12g940 head valuation

Hi guys, i've got a 12g940 head and just trying to work out the value of it as I'm going to be putting it up for sale.
Spec:
12g940
33mm 29mm
28cc chambers
Standard ports
180lb double valve springs

Not been used since the work has been done to it, valves have been lapped in etc and she's ready to go. I was going to run it as is then get it ported at a later when I wanted some more power.

Any ideas?

Is it unleaded ? If it is this will add a bit to the value. It will also depend on the quality of the chamber work, is it a home job ? Are the guides and valves new ?

It's leaded, valves and guides are originals and chamber work was done by a pro, a local firm

If it's of any help, i bought a standard sized chambered head, with the mg metro sized valves, and had a decent amount of porting work done sufficient to get the most from the valves, and I paid £90 for it. Which I thought was cheap, i would probably say at a guess it should have cost me more like £120. I did have to purchase better springs for it though which probably brings it's value to roughly £150 once fitted. Similar sort of work in the ports instead of the chambers so i would also say a similar price.

Cheers guys, gives me a ball park figure to work with but I think it might be left for eBay to decide
