Hi everyone I joined here 12 years ago ! Back in them days we could buy a mg turbo Metro engine off eBay for 300 bucks and that's certainly what I did ! I enjoyed the car for a year then sold it on and forgot about minis for a decade . I lost my job 18 months ago and had to hand the keys to my brand new Audi back in . I was very down , out of work and my long term girlfriend left me... does it get any worse ? Lmao ! I needed some sort of car and I thought 'mini' then discovered how much they'd appreciated in value in just 10 years ! Wtf ! My measly thousand pound didn't come close anymore ! I managed to get a mpi with family help - fucking deserved some luck lmao ! I've had my car 18 months and we've been through thick and thin together 'best friends' i seen the numerous supercharger kits and thought 'ooooo' I want one but they cost more than my fucking car did ? so I'm going it alone ! Although on reflection fitting a turbo would of been easier and cheaper !

I haven't been lazy - what a pain staking job making pattern out of nothing . The plan is once its finnished is mould silicone into it then turn it inside out so I have a symmetrical part. Oh and just snapped my car - classic pic couldn't resist ! Shocking !
