Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you sure you have the Microsquirt code loaded to your unit? At the top of the TunerStudio window where it says the code version loaded, does it end by MS2 or uS?

Or is that simply a TunerStudio project without the Microsquirt connected to your PC? In that case, you don't have the correct ini file loaded; you need to use the correct one for the Microsquirt.

So you need to use the correct code version on your Microsquirt and the correct ini for your TunerStudio project. If you do that, you should have the correct name for the available I/Os on the Microsquirt and not the ones for the MS2.

That's the correct code version; it ends with uS. However, that's an old version so you will need to go in your project properties and select Microsquirt in the settings tab.

The default is MS2 and that will give you all sorts of problems because you will not get the correct names and options for the different I/Os.
