Don't know, but I've got a little one (no jokes) that I could easily photocopy and send to you.

It tells you most of the things you need to know, and certinally helped me.

I have the Haynes and it seems very good but covers alot of the OLD SU's also.

Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe.
