just wanted to ask if this is what best fits for the range of 140-180 ?

i want to use the 5 port 33/27 1.3:1 with the 274 cam but make the move to EFI and a properly sized turbo that can give boost sooner and more efficiently

dose this sound right?

what sort of CFM do/should most 5 port heads flow given there poor efficiency ?

i mean how do you calculate the air that is needed and what your engine can use to match it all up or is it a case of a bunch of guys use "this" turbo and is works grate?

i plan to do a new side mount that fits a lot better and also a nice plenum perhaps with the charge cooler built into it

Exducer Diameter - 48mm

There's a guide to how to work out the air flow etc. here:

The GT1548 is close to the Renault 5 GT Turbo T2. It may struggle to 180hp.

As far as efficiency of the 5 port is concerned use about 80% VE for max air flow, although if you use long inlet runners with tuned length exhaust manifold you can get near 100% at peak torque.
