as above the oil drain is the biggest issue,

another problem is no dizzy, but thats an obvious one, and I imagine youve already concluded that ylou'll need to run an ecu for the spark.

the alternator mount may also be a problem as its mounted to the head on the MPI, so it would need thinking about.

MPI cam is probably fairly decent for turbo,
