I've been trying to locate a plenum gasket but seem to be struggling can anyone point me in the right direction it's not the one that fits to the carb but the other 😂Mini spares don't have them and e bay only has full gasket sets 😩 |

Is it the one for the "Gonzo's nose" ? If so it's hardly a critical gasket. Like Dave said, just make one from some gasket paper or use some sealant.
