I spoke with innovate and they suggested updating the firmware, so i did. The gauge no longer flags up E8 sensor error, it now is frozen on 'CAL'. it switches from HTR to CAL, but then just freezes. Im waiting for Innovate to get back to me.

I starting to agree, a friend has recommend the Zeitronix kit, apparently they are a lot more reliable. Anyone had experience?

I've personally fitted 7 AEM combined gauge/controller wideband lambda setups now to my own or others cars.
Not had an error or fault with any of them.
Make of that what you will!

AEM gets my vote as well, my only negative to say about them is they don't have a 2nd ground connection to connect to an ECU sensor ground to accurately measure the voltage differentials.
