His problem is you will never recoup the labour costs, that's why he still has the engine left and everything else has gone... I had the gearbox and saved nearly a grand over what it would have cost to build new but there's no work in building gearboxes it's just the cost of parts really. Line boring etc is expensive but people won't pay for it because they can't hold it in their hand. |
