I'm aware people aren't too keen on sharing maps because of the cost involved making them in the first place
But I'm getting to the stage where I'm gunna need a safe base map to "knock" the cam in and get me to the Rolling road! *happy*

Spec is
1293cc
31/30 valves
Phase 2 cam
GT17 turbo
8.23 CR

Bit of searching brought this up;

Don't have the map file to hand but this is pretty much it. We have 2-3 degrees more advance in the 180kpa+, 3000rpm+ area though now.

Any advice greatly received re; boost to run in etc.

Also anyone know and good RR places familiar with MJ/Nodiz in the London/ south area?
Or anywhere worth travelling to?
VMax Scart/Stuart is on my doorstep pretty much for example

looks like a good start. maybe back off a couple of degrees to be safe on boost, always better to start a little retarded so you dont hurt anything.

yeah, Stu at V max will be ok, take your laptop so it all just plugs in, and hell run it and tell you what numbers to stick in where.

make sure you get some figures in there for cruise speed, a lot of RR places dont pay a lot of attention to this so your throwing away fuel economy.

Ok will take it to Stu when I'm ready
What do you do for better economy at motorway speeds?
I'm running a 2.7 diff and 13 x7" wheels so probably be around 3/3.5k at 70/75

bit vague sorry as i converted a 1293 i purchased so...

- 1293
- T2
- 10psi
- a pretty mild unknown cam.

Ran like a dream and engine looked perfect when i took it a part (tops off pistons etc)

FYI my engine is similar spec to yours above and i am using my old base map to get me going and the cam bed in
