Hi i have just purchased a set of omega 18cc dish pistons for my turbo project. i brought these as new units but they had been pre own and are in perfect condition. however the gudgen pins that they came with are the fully floating type and require a bush being inserted into the small end and machined or reamed to size if i want to use the original rods (which i do). the original interference fit pins are in good condition and i was wondering if i would be able to use these rather than having to bush and rem the small ends?

nope caus the original pins are 810 tho (ish) so about 20.6mm, machining the pistons to the pins would be a total PITA, and much easier to sleeve the rod. On 28th Aug, 2011 Kean said:
