Hi all,

Finally drilled out my GT17 manifold to take Matty's manifold and have come across an issue. The stud location pictured can't have a nut either side, what have people done in similar situations?

Slot both, allowing you to slide a nut and bolt sideways in, and tighten.
That’s what I’d do at least.

K-nut and start tightening this one first before you have the turbo fully against the flange

Drill out the turbo hole and grind the back face flat to get a nut in.

That's what I did.

Or you could drill/tap a new bolt hole entirely
