Slot both, allowing you to slide a nut and bolt sideways in, and tighten.

K-nut and start tightening this one first before you have the turbo fully against the flange |

Drill out the turbo hole and grind the back face flat to get a nut in.

this, there is plenty of meat in that section of the turbo, put stud in manifold

Vise grips and just leave them there ? 9.85 @ 145mph

Or you could drill/tap a new bolt hole entirely 9.85 @ 145mph
