Hey guys,

I've been using this site for a few years lurking - thanks for that, there is some good info on here. Since I am now building a turbo 998, I thought I'd actually join. I'm near Sydney in Aus.

Here's a shot of the supercharged 1275 that is part of a completed project - a comprehensive nut and bolt resto/rebuild, my 1967 Deluxe:


My current project is converting a Mini sedan into a ute. And that is a low cost, use whatever I have type rebuild. It has a 998cc and is a 1968 Deluxe.



I am turboing it with a KKK K03 turbo, taken from the Volkswagon Auto Group's twincharged (turbo and supercharged) 1.4 TSI.



It comes with an solenoid diverter valve which I'll be utilising instead of a blow off valve.



I have a build thread on the Ausmini forums, but if people are interested I can put up the posts here in a build thread too.

looking good, interesting exhaust manifold.

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

Thanks graham. The exhaust manifold on the supercharged 1275 is a large bore, ceramic coated version of the Brownrigg extractors made in Melbourne, Aus. I'm very happy with them.

Where did you get the turbo mainfold from in the lower photo?

From the info above the photo and looking at it, it’s not a mini manifold it’s off the engine the turbo came from. A VW 1.4 tsi.
