So I followed up on Colin's thread, got some shims and a the thinnest one I could get in the correct size does the job, no play. I think the tolerance on the new bearings meant they needed a blonde one to fit...

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!
