GT1544 compressor outlets?!

I’m putting together a turbo 998 and planning to use a GT1544 turbo unit. There seem to be loads available on ebay that have the cast compressor outlet bent back round 90deg, so it’s inline with the inlet, rather than the normal tangential outlet. (If you’ve seen one you’ll know what I mean!) I think it’s off an Espace or something...

So my question is, has anyone used this type of compressor housing & do we know if it will fit in the engine bay without modifying and chopping bits? ...Or is it best to stick with the normal type of outlet?!
